Creamy PB & Avocado Smoothie

There is nothing like a good old cold refreshing smoothie especially during the summer!

This is my FAVOURITE go-to smoothie other than my previous homemade very berry smoothie :)

You can tailor the amount of ingredients to your preference:

+ More avocado: thicker and creamier

+ More milk: to reduce the thickness

+ More ripe bananas: to increase the sweetness

Tip: Always use FROZEN ripen fruit in your smoothies instead of ice to give it a more intense and sweeter flavour!

Per Serving

Calories: 405 kcal | Protein: 14 g (based on cow's milk)

310 kcal | Protein: 9g (based on almond milk)


  • 1 medium frozen banana

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 1 handful of spinach

  • 200ml milk of choice

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 tsp of linseeds (for extra fibre hooray!)

Optional: top up with some sunshine

Serves: 1


  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender

  2. Blend on high for about 2 minutes or until smooth and creamy

  3. Adjust by adding more milk to make it thinner :)
