This is perfect when you need a quick breakfast right before work and I always make it before my lectures as you can just take it out of the fridge and throw some toppings on before having it.

40 g rolled oats
150 mL almond milk
1 tsp honey (vegan alternatives: agave nectar, different types of syrup, bee free honee)
Pour rolled oats into a bowl, add in the milk and honey.
Stir thoroughly and store in the fridge overnight.
Remove from fridge when ready to be served and add in blueberries. Sprinkle cinnamon.
