Overnight Blueberry Oatmeal Ⓥ

This is perfect when you need a quick breakfast right before work and I always make it before my lectures as you can just take it out of the fridge and throw some toppings on before having it.

Calories: 200 kcal | Protein: 6 g


  • 40 g rolled oats

  • 150 mL almond milk

  • 50g blueberries

  • 1 tsp honey (vegan alternatives: agave nectar, different types of syrup, bee free honee)

  • Optional: Cinnamon

Serves: 1


  1. Pour rolled oats into a bowl, add in the milk and honey.

  2. Stir thoroughly and store in the fridge overnight.

  3. Remove from fridge when ready to be served and add in blueberries. Sprinkle cinnamon.
