I had my very first acai smoothie in Australia and I couldn't stop drinking it during my entire trip. You can get them literally anywhere in Melbourne and Sydney but once I came back to Hong Kong, it became a treasure hunt for me. So I decided to make my own instead!
1 packet frozen açaí pulp
2 cups frozen blueberries
1 peeled banana, cut in half
1/2 cup whole milk (or almond milk)
1 1/2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup ice
Top it with berries of your desire!
Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
