Hi there! I'm a registered associate nutritionist who enjoys writing articles regarding nutrition and health.
Why have I started this blog? Well, I really love food and my previous mantra was "you are what you eat". Now after going through training, I believe that "you are more than what you eat!" There are no 'good' and 'bad' foods (poor carbs always takes the hit) and everyone should have a healthy relationship with their food :)
With sensational headlines, new fad diets and controversial topics blowing up on social media, it's hard for us to distinguish what's real and what's false.
This is where I come in and scour through endless evidence-based papers trying to find answers and explaining it in the simplest way ever!
